To whom it may concern:

I’m Management and Technical Office Service Manager in IT Europe - Infrastructure Regional Service and I’ve been working with Agnieszka Krukowska (Human Resources Executive) since September 2005 for the people recruitment to work in our recently created Technical Centre in Poznan that is providing since February 2006 regional services for 44 markets in Europe.

This Tech Centre requires very high skilled people and Agnieszka was our main point regarding for
-  Coordination and execution of the recruitment process from outsourcing company,
- Achieving recruiteent between Sep and Dec of 40 people for the different services that were starting to be provided in Feb 2006 (managerial and technical positions)
- Recruit 20 people extra in 2006 as the success of the Tech Centre required more heads for the service

Agnieszka did an excellent job in filtering all the best candidates from more the 350 CV’s that were presented to her for the different areas that were required. This allowed to have the best people available for interview and to achieve the necessary skilled headcount in a very tight timeframe
